Admissions Application The admissions application is required for acceptance into Degree/Certificate programs. A separate application is needed for each program a student wishes to apply to. Additional admissions requirements may apply. Please click Enroll Now for further details.
Registration Form Form to register for courses
Address Change / Name Change Form For Students admitted into programs. Submit a Name change and/or address change using this form.
Add/Drop Form Form to add or drop Program or courses
Enrollment Verification Request Proof of enrollment can be requested using this form. Please include any details or forms applicable.
Payment Extension Request for Degree/Certificate Programs To request a Payment Extention, you must provide a reasonable payment plan. Extentions are approved or denied by the Registrar.
Degree /Certificate Completion Application Form Submit a Completion Application for each Degree and Certificate
Commencement Participation Form Sign up to Participate in Commencement using this form.
Childbirth Waiver/Scholarship Form Full waiver for First Steps clients and up to half scholarship for others
Parenting Education Scholarship Application Limited scholarships are available for Parenting classes. Submit this form with your registration.

Catalog, Quarterly Schedule and Leisure Guide The catalog lists all BTC certificate and degree programs and provides detailed information on each program offering. The catalog also provides general information about our college, student life & services information, policies, requirements and records details, course descriptions of program courses, and a listing of college employees.
The quarterly schedule is produced every 3 months and lists courses available to the general public. Offerings include both for credit and not for credit classes. Courses may require a prerequisite class prior to entrance and courses must be paid for at the time of registration.
