Admission Application Form (PDF)

To download the BTC Admission Application form, follow these simple steps:

Next, download the BTC Admission Application form here (97k). If Acrobat Reader is installed correctly, it should open the file automatically. If it doesn't, save the Application form to your hard drive and try opening it from inside Acrobat Reader. To save the form, right click from Windows or click-and-hold from a Mac, and choose "Save Link As..." to save it. Then you should be able to open it from within the Acrobat Reader program.

Once the Application form is open, print it, fill it out, and submit or mail the application to Registration, College Services Building, with the application fee.
