Faculty and Staff Alerts

  • BTC's emergency notification system enables staff and faculty to receive urgent text and e-mail messages in the event of a campus emergency.
  • You can update your personal contact information and opt in or opt out at any time
  • Requires login with Network Account
  • If logged into your workstation your authentication may be passed through automatically and you will not have to login.

Academic Early Warning (AEW)

  • The Academic Early Warning (AEW) system allows the college to notify students when they show early signs of academic problems and to direct them to available resources.
  • Instructors will be asked to submit the academic early warning report during the open reporting period each quarter.

Instructor Briefcase

  • Grade Rosters are opened approximately 2 weeks before the quarter ends.
  • Class Rosters reflect current enrollment in classes.

Class Information

  • Instructor can use this to check enrollment in classes

  • Canvas Learning Management Suite

Room Reports

  • Set or reports that can be used to find an available room for a class or meeting

Degree Audit

  • Degree Audit is a set of Advisor online tools to help with evaluation and planning a student's progress toward completion of a Certificate, AAS or AAS-T Degree.

Earnings History

  • The Employee Earnings History allows you to view the earnings and deductions associated with your most recent payroll check or any payroll check issued to you within the last two years.
  • You may also view your year-to-date earnings, year-to-date deductions and leave balances.
  • To view your history, you will be required to enter your Employee SID or Social Security Number (SSN) and your Employee PIN. Contact Human Resources if you don't know your SID or PIN
