Douglas Blair Memorial Scholarship |
| |
The Douglas Blair Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Douglas Blair who served with distinction on the Bellingham School Board from 1955 to 1972. Blair firmly believed in the value of vocational and technical education and its importance to the community. He derived great satisfaction from his role in establishing Bellingham Technical College in 1957. The endowment, sponsored by David and Cheryll Blair, supports scholarships for BTC students. |

Jack B. Cole Scholarship Endowment |
| |
The Jack B. Cole Memorial Endowment honors the memory of Jack Cole who spent many years in BTC's English as a Second Language (ESL) classroom, tutoring and mentoring students along the road to a better life. The endowment, established by the family of Jack and Ramona Cole, funds scholarships for students enrolled in BTC's ESL program. |

Mary Scott "Scotty's Fund" Endowed Scholarship |

Mary Scott was a lover of the great outdoors. Raised in Bellingham, she studied horticulture at Bellingham Technical College in the 1970's before establishing her career at Western Washington University in grounds maintenance."Scotty's Fund", established by The Scott family, provides scholarships for hard-working students from Bellingham area high schools enrolled at BTC. |
