Continuing and community education provides the opportunity for lifelong learning to all members of our community. Whether you’re interested in improving your parenting skills or your computer skills, becoming certified in CPR or forklift operation, or learning how to sew, BTC has a class for you!

  • Call Registration at 360.752.8350 during office hours
  • Have VISA or MasterCard ready when you call.
  • Fax a completed Registration form to 360.676.2798
  • Complete VISA or MasterCard information is required.
  • You may add Continuing and Community Education classes by phone.
  • You must drop classes either online or in writing. See refund policy for more info.

By Email or Mail

  • Scan and email completed Registration form to registration@btc.ctc.edu.
  • Complete VISA or MasterCard information is required.
  • Mail completed Registration form to

  • Include complete VISA or MasterCard information or a check or money order made payable to BTC.

Tuition and WA State Residency
for Continuing and Community Education students

  • Classes in Basic Academic Skills, Child & Family Studies, First Aid, or Self-Support classes are not subject to residency requirements. Self-Support classes are identified with a colored S in front of the Class Item # in the printed schedule.
  • However, some classes are open to the public which are State Funded academic and/or vocational classes and charge tuition based on residency. See the Tuition table.
  • Watch for this statement below the class description online and in printed materials:
    "Approximate price based on Washington Residency"
  • To establish residency, apply to BTC. State "Continuing Education" as your intended program of study if you do not intend to complete a degree or certificate.
