Advancing your education can lead to a better job and higher wages—so it’s a great investment. But most students need help paying for college.

At BTC’s Student Financial Resources, you’ll find friendly people with the experience and know-how to make the process of funding your education a lot easier, so you can get the skills you need for today’s high-paying jobs.

Attend a session on PAYING FOR COLLEGE to learn about a variety of ways to finance your future. Offered select Wednesdays each quarter from 11am to 12pm in Building G 102A. Upcoming session dates:

Spring 2015: 3/4/15, 4/1/15, 4/8/15

Summer 2015: 7/1/15, 7/8/15

Fall 2015: 9/9/15, 9/16/15, 9/23/15

Workforce Funding & Student Support

You may be eligible for Opportunity Grant, Worker Retraining, Basic Food Employment & Training, WorkFirst, WorkSource Scholarships, Passport to College or other funding to help pay for your education



Scholarships are another source of free money to help pay for school. Scholarships are provided by Bellingham Technical College Foundation, and other organizations and donors, based on certain criteria.


Veteran's Benefits

All of BTC’s degree and certificate program are eligible for veteran education benefits.
