Food service is available during morning and afternoon break, and lunch time in the Cafeteria in Building G. The Culinary Arts program also operates a restaurant open to the public at selected times throughout the year.
Cafe Culinaire
Step into Café Culinaire, BTC’s fully operational restaurant, located on the BTC campus, in G building, where BTC’s Culinary Arts program students exclusively prepare all dishes under supervision of our chef instructors. They utilize their knowledge at each station of a busy kitchen and participate in managing all levels of restaurant operations.
The Cafe will be open in Winter Quarter on Fridays only for the International Buffets. Due to the high number of reservation requests that we were not able to accommodate last year, we are asking that you limit your number of visits to two for the quarter.
We apologize, all the Winter Quarter buffets are sold out. Reservations are no longer being accepted.
