Food service is available during morning and afternoon break, and lunch time in the Cafeteria in Building G. The Culinary Arts program provides food service on campus and also operates a restaurant open to the public at selected times throughout the year.
Step into Café Culinaire, BTC’s fully operational restaurant, located on the BTC campus, in G building, where BTC’s Culinary Arts program students exclusively prepare all dishes under supervision of our chef instructors. They utilize their knowledge at each station of a busy kitchen and participate in managing all levels of restaurant operations.
Winter Quarter in Café Culinaire is limited to Friday Buffets only.

Tour the World, with each week featuring different theme buffet menus from around the world and several American regions. Served on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Weekly buffets feature International and American Regional Buffets.
