This is a NW inspired 3 course meal, but items can be ordered a la carte

3-course tasting is $19.95 per person.  A la carte items and beverages will have prices posted

We cannot accept parties more than 4 guests.  Our dining room is closed and we are working in a much smaller environment 

Please remember, this is not a restaurant, this is a classroom.  These students are learning and we are so thankful for your participation in that learning. 

You cannot order TO GO food.  We will have boxes to bring left overs home, but you cannot order food to take home with you.

American Regional

AMERICAN REGIONAL WILL BE OPEN MAY 13 & 14th at 11:30am.  

This week is Southwest & Mexican Border

 

Reservations are not required for American Regional.  Food is ordered from the cafeteria window in G-Building. 

Here is this weeks menu:

Entrees: $11.95

Pork Chili Verde- Flour Toritillas, Pepper and Squash Medley

Santa Fe Red Chili and Cheese Enchiladas- olla beans, Avocado, Crema

Chicken Monterey- Green Chili Potatoes, Pico de Gallo

Soups: $4.95

Creamy Corn and Chili Soup

Cream of Jalapeno

Sandwiches: $10.95

Green Chili and Chicken Quesadilla, Sour Cream, Nopales Cactus Salad, pico

Baja Fish Tacos- Fresh Cabbage, papaya, pico de gallo, cilantro crema, cotija, tortillas chips

Chorizo Torta- Avocado, lettuce, salsa, jack cheese, soft roll, French Fries

Saute: $11.95

Beef Fajita- Marinated Skirt Steak, Spanish Rice, Frijoles Charros, Soft Tortillas, Guacamole, Sour Cream

Chili Relleno- Pasilla Pepper, Queso Oaxaca, Sauce Piquante, Spanish Rice, Frijoles Charros

Salads: 10.95

Poached Gulf Shrimp- Fresh Tomato Salasa, Jicama, Chayote, Squash, Avocado, Romain, Cilantro

Tijuana Caesar- Romaine lettuce, Croutons, Cojita cheese, lemon, Creamy Anchovy Dressing.
